We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate enterprise revenue growth. This role is designed for a high-velocity enterprise hunter who drives impact by converting market access into closed revenue within defined timelines.

As a revenue leader, you will navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage senior C-suite stakeholders, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term customers. Your focus is on winning new logos, opening strategic enterprise accounts, and building a strong, high-quality pipeline within large enterprise segments.

What’s the role?

  • Revenue Growth: Deliver against a 7-figure+ annual quota, with a clear expectation of exceeding targets, balancing short-cycle wins with strategic enterprise deals. 
  • Pipeline Creation: Hunt and build your own pipeline of enterprise prospects through outbound activity, strategic networking, and collaboration with marketing and our customer experience teams. Operate with the mindset: pipeline is owned by you, and amplified by the organization.
  • New Business Acquisition: Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Identify and active 2-3 high impact relationships with key ecosystem partners to accelerate go-to-market reach within APAC and EMEA. 
  • Go beyond selling: act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding clients’ business challenges and aligning your solutions to their strategic goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to develop tailor-made solutions, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with executive decision-makers. 
  • Performance Excellence: Set clear sales performance metrics, develop territory growth plans, implement account planning, and drive disciplined execution through data-led quarterly business reviews within the company. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven hunter: 10+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of consistently winning new logos.
  • High-value deal closer: Demonstrated success closing 6–8 figure net new deals in complex enterprise environments.
  • Industry exposure: Experience selling into Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, or FMCG (Financial Services and Telco preferred).
  • Enterprise sales expertise: Deep understanding of long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Executive presence: Confident engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders across regions.
  • Pipeline builder: Strong outbound, prospecting, and territory development capabilities.
  • Consultative seller: Skilled at uncovering business needs and translating them into compelling value propositions.
  • Data-driven: Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, AI-led, and data-driven engagement solutions.
  • Exceptional communicator: Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ownership mindset: Highly accountable, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
