DIY 3rd Party API Integration for Rewards
This new feature allows for the seamless integration of third-party APIs into your rewards and loyalty programs, enhancing the capabilities without the necessity for custom development requests (CRs).
With this update, configuring third-party services has never been easier, thanks to our fully self-service API integration interface. Manage these integrations directly through the dashboard, and implement the full customer redemption journey right into the microsite.
One benefit that stands out is that customers now receive their rewards in real time directly via the integrated APIs. This enhancement not only simplifies the management and expansion of your rewards programs but also broadens the range of possibilities. You can now extend your loyalty efforts to include more diverse digital goods and services, deliver rewards directly to your customers without the cumbersome management of voucher codes, and take advantage of both in-house and third-party APIs with minimal setup requirements. This is a step forward in making our rewards programs more adaptable, efficient, and engaging.
Gameplay Experience Enhancements
This upgrade transforms how users interact with all the games within our platform, making each engagement smoother and more intuitive. The revamped gameplay journey now mirrors the seamless, responsive feel of a native app. Users can jump right into the action with a simple tap on game elements, enhancing accessibility and ease of use.
Among the exciting enhancements, our popular Shake the Tree game has been reimagined to be more engaging than ever.

Each shake brings a visually captivating animation of prizes dropping randomly, making every play unique and thrilling. We’ve designed this to offer a more natural and engaging gameplay experience. The unpredictability of the Shake the Tree campaigns adds an element of surprise, increasing the excitement with different outcomes each time it’s played. This not only keeps the game fresh but also encourages repeated engagement from users looking to see what they might win next.

Elevating Security with Maker-Checker Workflow for Customer Actions
We are pleased to introduce the Maker Checker Workflow for the Customer Module & Bulk Actions; a significant security enhancement that incorporates the dual-control or “4-eyes” principle.
This feature requires one user (the Maker) to initiate an action and another (the Checker) to approve it before implementation, bolstering the integrity and accountability of sensitive operations.
Administrators can define specific Maker and Checker roles through customizable User Roles, applicable to critical functions such as issuing vouchers, adjusting loyalty points, and managing rewards or stamps.
This targeted control allows for precise security adjustments to meet specific operational needs. The implementation of the Maker-Checker workflow offers several benefits. It enhances accuracy and compliance by requiring a secondary review of sensitive actions, reducing the risk of errors and unauthorized activities.
This feature is especially beneficial in environments needing strict role separation to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure operational transparency. To activate this feature, some configuration adjustments are needed within the Perx Customer Module. We encourage contacting your platform administrator or our support team for setup assistance.
Enhanced Voucher Code Security
This enhancement improves data security by masking all voucher codes by default and allowing only authorized users to view them, configurable as a User Role.
Each and every time an authorized user unmasks a voucher, the event is also recorded in the Audit Log for compliance and tracking.
This feature enhances security by preventing unauthorized access and supports compliance with fraud prevention regulations.

It also provides a clear audit trail of access to voucher codes, aiding in audit processes and ensuring transparency. This update is part of our ongoing commitment to secure and reliable reward program management.

Media Tags for Push Notification Events
This new feature allows for advanced customization of push notifications by enabling users to specify image tags and include custom data tailored to each notification event. To ensure a perfect fit for different use cases, this capability requires custom configuration with each customer’s system.
With this update, users can now enrich their push notifications by selecting specific image assets from any campaign or reward, adding visual appeal and immediate recognition to each message.
Additionally, the flexibility to create custom message templates or incorporate custom data for third-party notification integrations allows for highly personalized and relevant communications. This feature also simplifies the automation of various customer communication processes, such as EDMs, email alerts, WhatsApp messages, and more, by including predefined images, custom text, and pertinent information about campaigns, games, rewards, or loyalty programs.
Low Reward Inventory Alerts
This enhancement gives you the option to have your reward managers get an email alert whenever the Inventory Balance of any reward falls below a predefined threshold (below 10%).
This allows you to pre-emptively take action to replenish the reward or prepare to withdraw it from your rewards program.
This also ensures your customers continue to have a positive experience engaging with your rewards program.


Daily, Monthly and Annual Cap on Loyalty Points Earned
Set limits on how many points your customers can earn in any day, week, month or year.
This enhancement will allow you to mitigate fraudulent actions, or customers attempting to game any loopholes in your rewards programme. But all the while allowing for more dynamic and gamified loyalty programs that require customers to actively consider their spending patterns, in order to maximise their loyalty benefits.
New Bulk Actions – Create Reward and Upload Vouchers
We’ve enabled 2 new bulk actions in the Bulk Actions module, allowing you to Create Rewards in Bulk, and then upload the voucher codes for these rewards as a CSV.
This enhancement will help you streamline your rewards creation workflow and save you time as you will be able to publish many more rewards with fewer steps required.
