Instead of physical envelopes or static vouchers, employees received a mobile based, gamified reward experience that could be opened and redeemed instantly. More than 7300 employees received Perx powered engagements and 71 percent of them participated and redeemed their rewards. This was one of the highest campaign engagement rates ever recorded at the bank. The mobile first experience made rewards easier to access, boosted participation across office locations, and improved overall employee experience during the Chinese New Year period.
