We’re looking for a Part-Time Creative Designer  who can bring our brand to life across all visual mediums. If you’re someone with sharp design instincts, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals, this role is for you.

As a Creative Designer, you’ll collaborate with our marketing, product, and sales teams to shape the visual expression of our brand. From high-impact campaign concepts to beautifully formatted documents and presentations, your work will help build emotional connection, elevate user experience, and drive engagement.

 

 What You’ll Do

  • Visual Concept Development: Turn briefs into strong creative concepts and moodboards for campaigns, product launches, or thought leadership content
  • Brand Identity & Evolution: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital and print formats
  • Multi-Format Design: Create high-quality visuals for web, social media, digital ads, email campaigns, event branding, and internal comms
  • Presentation Design: Craft engaging, on-brand PowerPoint presentations and Google Slides—ensuring clean formatting, visual consistency, and clear storytelling
  • Document Formatting: Design polished templates and layouts for reports, whitepapers, proposals, and internal documents
  • Creative Campaigns: Work closely with marketing and content to design assets that tell stories, spark interest, and drive conversion
  • Design Support Across Teams: Support product and sales teams with creative input for UI assets, pitch decks, illustrations, and branded templates
  • Design Ops: Maintain brand assets, file systems, and version control across projects

 What You’ll Need

  • Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic, visual, or creative designer
  • A standout portfolio that shows a strong sense of layout, color, typography, and brand storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with experience designing clean, professional, and visually compelling decks
  • Strong skills in document formatting—including reports, case studies, and proposals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva and Figma are a plus
  • Bonus: Motion design or light video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Ability to balance creativity with business needs and brand consistency
  • Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly under tight timelines
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience working in startups, creative agencies, or cross-functional remote teams preferred
