Join us as a Senior Solutions Architect, where you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge technical solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, customer experience, product, and engineering teams to craft scalable, secure, high-performing architectures that meet and align with the client’s strategic requirements. Your strategic vision and technical leadership will ensure our platform integrates seamlessly with clients’ systems, driving impactful customer engagement through Perx’s innovative technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive technical architectures that align with customer goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to understand customer needs and present tailored, high-level architectural solutions to both our internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership during the implementation phase, guiding clients and internal teams through complex integration processes.
- Conduct technical assessments and risk analysis, ensuring solutions are robust and future-proof.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert, offering customers and internal teams strategic advice and best practices.
- Define and document the architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance considerations are met.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that give our clients a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical leadership role, particularly in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- Expertise in designing cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), system integrations, and high-availability solutions.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and security best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that address technical and business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers across finance, telecom, or retail industries is a plus.
