Platform Login & Role Setup

Set up your team, assign roles, and start exploring Perx Connect+.

Once your dashboard account is live and the Tenant Admin role has been created, it’s time to set up access for your internal teams.

The Tenant Admin (your main admin user) will have full access to the platform and can create additional user roles and access groups as needed. These permissions allow you to define what different users — such as marketers, analysts, or IT team members — can view and manage within the dashboard.

After the dashboard setup is complete, your Perx Technical Project Manager (TPM) will:

Make sure the following tasks have been completed:

The dashboard account with the default Tenant Admin role has been created by your dedicated Perx Technical Project Manager (TPM), and the account setup has been completed via the email invitation.
Internal role permissions and access groups have been created for your dashboard users under Settings > Roles & Access Groups.
Your technical team has configured the relevant APIs using the credentials and host details provided by Perx.

Estimated Timeline

It typically takes 10 working days to complete the full setup — including infrastructure, dashboard account, and login access. This may vary depending on your contract and project scope.
