As part of our Sales Operations team, you will play a key role in improving the productivity and growth of our sales squads. The Sales Operations Specialist is an important connection  across all Go-to-Market Teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product and Finance).  The activities of the Sales Enablement Specialist will provide vital insights that the front line sales team will use to sell as efficiently as possible, and with a sustainable, repeatable process. You will own the overall CRM transformation project and contribute to drive best-in-class commercial sales excellence. 

What’s the role?

    • Assist with the management & optimization of sales territories, accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities.
    • Day to day support of the sales team that includes reinforcing best practices, problem solving and resolution of issues.
    • Become the subject-matter expert for advanced level CRM support; manage and administer the CRM.
    • Facilitate forecast and pipeline measurement activities within the sales team.
    • Create and distribute sales reports, dashboards and intelligence to Sales leadership and other cross functional departments.
    • Improve processes to drive greater sales efficiency.
    • Support training & onboarding of new hires in the Revenue business unit
    • Provide training support and create enablement materials as new tools are rolled out.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to further strengthen our revenue activities
    • Drive cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development or Internal Enablement within the sales or marketing team of a growing organization 
  • Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
  • Hands-on knowledge in setting up and maintenance of CRM systems
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other Sales/Marketing Tools; Advanced excel skills is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B Sales or Sales Operations preferred
  • Enjoy promoting team efforts across the business to highlight the value of team efforts
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including a strong attention to detail
