As our Presales Solutions Trainee / Intern, you will be part of the Global Solutioning Team
who will be responsible for providing extensive support across our Revenue Business Unit.
From delivering product demonstrations to mapping detailed system integrations for the
customers, you will be at the forefront of enabling the Global Solutioning team to solve large
scale business problems within the enterprise sales landscape.
What’s the role?
- Configure tailored demos for prospects using the Perx Lifestyle Marketing Platform –
ranging from engaging Gamified Campaigns to dynamic Loyalty Programs - Provide support in data gathering requirements and perform gap analysis with
relevant data points. - Leverage on case studies and develop best practices for supporting business
requirements and complex solutions. - Develop knowledge on the breadth of the product capabilities of Perx Lifestyle
Marketing Platform (Perx LMP). - Assist in RFPs, tenders or proposals as required.
- Work on activities / projects that will drive continuous improvement.
- Document internal processes and progress updates as required.
Who are we looking for?
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar
sciences/economics. - Strong analytical thinking, data-driven and creative problem-solving skills.
- You possess excellent Communication, Time Management and Collaboration skills
- Highly accountable, resourceful, and a self-starter.
- Someone who can thrive when pulled in many directions; you are keen to do both big
and small things that advance common goals. - Can commit to working full time, Mondays to Fridays or 40 hours per week.
