This role demands profound expertise in content and performance-driven digital marketing, particularly within the B2B enterprise SaaS realm. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze data, and lead the team in refining content and channel strategies will be key to hitting our ambitious sales goals. 

As Growth Marketer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and executing our marketing strategy, with a sharp focus on driving demand generation, organic traffic and social following. Demand generation responsibilities start from initial awareness to top of the funnel up until the middle of the funnel with an ultimate goal to build and maintain a 3x cover in the form of sales pipeline.  

Your responsibilities are broad, covering the entire customer acquisition journey. You will foster tactical collaborations with content production, product, pre-sales, and sales teams to refine our messaging and optimize every customer touchpoint. Moreover, you’re tasked with planning and managing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring a cohesive omnichannel marketing strategy that integrates digital, events, social media, and innovative content like short videos. As a growth marketer, you will be measured by quantitative quarterly performance metrics related to top and middle of funnel and ultimately governed by Marketing ROI based on spend and outcome.

What’s the role?

  • Define and implement growth marketing campaigns driven by content marketing, social media marketing, organic and paid advertising.
  • Developing strategies for user acquisition and content marketing to generate leads and grow the company’s customer base.
  • Work on Omnichannel B2B campaigns across various channels to drive inbound leads for sales teams.
  • Create, implement and drive campaigns through various media channels and platforms with a focus on Social Media and emerging performance marketing channels.
  • Implementing user segmentation to improve targeting, and increase relevance of product solutions to potential target groups and brands during outreach measured by conversion rates and sales pipeline additions.
  • Collaborating closely with key executives and managers to align user acquisition activities with other business functions.
  • Understand User behavior & data points to deliver better engagement on websites & advertisement.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate to develop a focused organic growth and visibility strategy that leverages both organic and paid search channels relevant to B2B and B2C business.
  • Plan and perform market research and competitor Ad words data in the region to benchmark against.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Evaluate emerging AI-led marketing tech stack to streamline and improve turnaround time from content creation to campaign execution. 
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of new digital marketing strategies where appropriate.

What’s required?

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in B2B High touch SaaS industry
  • Experience in either SaaS/MarTech/FinTech/Ad Agency businesses is a must. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Expert B2B digital marketing (Linkedin, google and neo-marketing ecosystems and channels.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Strong expertise in running branding and direct response campaigns and social selling on Social Media platforms.
  • Proven ability to work in global business, within a matrix structure and experience of working with a culturally and geographically diverse team.
