Quick Snapshot:

As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a significant role in providing business intelligence to help optimize our business processes and increase sales revenue. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements of all qualified leads, conducting research for industry benchmarks, developing proposals, creating sales content and pitch decks, analyze deals and provide insights to help us remain competitive. Your role as the Business Development Analyst will help improve our overall sales strategies and business processes. 


What will you get to do every day?

  • Optimize our business processes aimed at improving sales revenue and building a sustainable customer base.
  • Write proposals and liaise with other departments to align business strategies and product offerings.
  • Perform in-depth strategic research and analysis on industries, customers and prospects, identify cutting edge tech trends, dive into key industry developments, monitor competitor moves, turn market & competitor insights into internal product recommendations, and come up with strategic reports and proposals.
  • Work closely with our Account Directors to conduct research, advise and initiate suitable use of the platform capabilities that would address strategic business objectives of the prospect or clients 
  • Support product pricing based on evolving product-target market fit.
  • Build and manage industry-specific analyst relations and ensure visibility of platform, performance, thought leadership and achievements.
  • Be customer-obsessed. Understand who our target users are, their needs, and how we can build a product that they’ll love.
  • Champion an effective and rigorous decision-making culture by working closely with internal stakeholders while serving the needs of our customers.


What are we looking for?

  • You must have at least 2+ years of experience in business strategy (ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup).
  • Competency in conducting sales research, creating sales pitch decks and presenting proposals. 
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B products.
  • Demonstrated capacity to drive product strategy with data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills working collaboratively with different stakeholders. 
  • A background in consulting, telco, banking, fintech, and other digital natives is a bonus.
  • You can break complex problems into smaller logical ones and prioritize them with data.
  • You hustle, take ownership, and get things done.
  • You love solving problems through applying critical thinking and creativity.
